MIND

When our minds are at peace, we are free of guilty feelings, and at that moment we are free of karmic hindrances. This also applies to our worldly obligations. When we have completely fulfilled our obligations, we do not feel agitated in mind and are free from situations that make us feel agitated, and make us know deep inside that we have not acted in the right way. If we have fulfilled our obligation clearly, then we have no karmic hindrances.

.....

Only when the mind is relaxed, we can think freely.

.....

When we think that we are very good, or excellent, we might be cheated by the mind. The mind loves glory, praise, fantasy, and thinking that we are good. On the other side, the mind also degrades us. It might sink into depression and an inferiority complex, and cheat us of our glory. It goes two ways.

.....

The more we broaden our mind, the more wisdom, power and benefits we will derive.

.....

One should take care of one's thoughts; don't let them go astray.

.....

Actually, our thinking is very important. We should take care that our thinking is always good, because thinking is the material for the physical appearance of all things in this universe. If it is too strong, it will materialize right away. If it is not strong enough, it will take some time to materialize.

.....

Thoughts are very important. When we think nobly, the whole universe admires, loves and serves us; and waits for us to visit their place. When our thoughts are not noble, not glorious and not as generous as the enlightened ones, we become ordinary sentient beings. This is what is meant by: "All is created by the mind!"

.....

If we can maintain open minds, we will feel that everything is beautiful.

.....

The more we think of God, the more relaxed we will be. It is like thinking and not thinking are the same, because we and God have become "One". At that moment, we are in a state of "Zen", even when we are walking, living, sitting, and sleeping. At that time, we have attained the Truth.
