Simply turn your attention to where you should, to God, instead of money or other things. You already have the ability to meditate. Otherwise, you couldn't do your business, or take care of your children, if you didn't have any attention. So just turn it to the Kingdom of God. We will teach you more precisely with time. It isn't that the teaching takes a long time, it is only that the before and after procedures take time to explain. It is so you may know what awaits you on the way from here to heaven, on the different levels of consciousness. Therefore, it takes some time. Otherwise, you would just close your eyes and get immediately enlightened.

Beware of the openness of your energy while you meditate. But if we have a living teacher, whose energy is still alive, then he or she can protect you from this influence. But if we try to learn from a past Master whose magnetic field has drawn up to a higher dimension, we might have a little difficulty with asking for protection. We tend to pick up more easily the environmental influence, whether bad or good. So we can never be sure if that meditation experience is ours, or the neighbor's.
