Only when we are in this human form can we go beyond the three worlds and be liberated from the cycle of life and death, into which countless kinds of sentient beings reincarnate. It takes these sentient beings eons to reincarnate into human beings. Sometimes it takes even longer. We should understand these things, so that we won't be attached to worldly comforts like sleeping, eating, pleasures and all that physical garbage.

It is so happy in Heaven that there is nothing to remind us of spiritual practice. It is so agonizing in hell that it is impossible to practice spiritually there. In the secular world, we have suffering, joy, misunderstanding, ignorance, wisdom, enlightenment, the unenlightened, and lots of different situations. Therefore, we can learn quickly from various situations in life, and we can find sufficient material from which to experience and train ourselves. We have the chance to practice to become Saints, which we cannot find in other worlds. Therefore, the human body is very precious. We must cherish the chance to practice spiritually without delay.

We are not the body, we are not the human beings that we think we are; we are Wisdom, we are love, we are extreme holiness.

We are all movie stars and the world is a great stage. We play roles life after life, sometimes as a husband, a wife, a minister or a queen and sometimes we play less desirable roles. And we play them unknowingly and ask ourselves why we have to play these roles, why such and such is on the throne and I am only a secretary. Those who are awakened know that the world is only a stage for us to learn, to fulfill our desires and needs, and to get closer to perfection.

Human beings are noble beings because we can practice spiritually, we can find our Buddha Nature, and we can become Buddha. When we have found God within and seen the inner heaven, then we can say human beings are the noblest.

Before we become a fully enlightened being, we must first become human. After we have become a good human, then we will become a fully enlightened being.
